A little note for today
Hi,Racheal.
With a little sunshine
A little note for today
With a little sunshine
What I can do
Research, compare options, explain tricky topics, and turn long material into clear takeaways.
Write and edit, shape reports, design pages, and make documents, presentations, or spreadsheets.
Work with code and private GitHub repos, test changes, and publish websites or reports to bribri.pro.
When useful, split independent research, coding, or review across subagents, then combine and verify the results.
Help with Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, browser tasks, and other tools when access is connected.
What I need from you
What would a useful finished result look like?
Audience, background, and any links or files I should use.
Tone, format, length, deadline, or other must-haves.
Where it belongs—here, a file, Drive, GitHub, or online.
A rough first thought is plenty. I’ll ask only when a missing detail changes the result.
A practical field guide
| Tool | Good for | Limits and notes |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAlex | Finding scholarly papers, abstracts, citations, and open-access links. | Default first stop for paper discovery. |
| Consensus | “What does research say about X?”—synthesis across papers. | 30 searches per month; save for broad synthesis questions. |
| Patents | Patent search across the library’s covered topics, including lignin/HDO, NiMo, Ni and Cu catalysts, and plastics recycling. | Coverage is limited to the indexed collection; refreshed monthly. About patents → |
| Materials Project | Crystal structures, stability, and phase diagrams for solid materials. | Computed materials data; ask for Materials Project IDs. |
| PubChem | Molecular properties, structures, bioactivity, interactions, and safety information. | Check the individual record and data source for each property. |
| Open Catalyst | Adsorption energies: how strongly adsorbates bind to catalyst surfaces. | Computed data, mainly metals and alloys; report facets and units. |
| Catalysis-Hub | Surface-reaction step energies and sometimes barriers, linked to source papers. | Up to 300 lookups per day. Include reaction, surface, energy units, paper title, and DOI when available. |
Find “papers,” “patents,” “materials data,” “compound data,” or “surface reaction data.”
Narrow the search “since 2020,” “European patents only,” “newest first,” or “open-access papers only.”
Combine sources “patents and recent papers on anisole HDO and compare the catalysts.” Keep findings from patents, papers, and calculations distinct.
Separate calculated from measured: label computed values, include units and relevant conditions, and never present them as experimental measurements. Cite papers with DOIs when available; don’t invent sources, be clear about uncertainty, and verify time-sensitive claims.
If sources are missing, ask which tools were used and request the relevant source. If a tool is unavailable, tell Adina.
Research-data boundary: Never send unpublished structures or data to external services. Use external research tools only with public, non-sensitive inputs; do not upload unpublished files or paste confidential research data into a query.

In Discord, send slash commands as a normal message that begins with /. Use the copy icon next to a command to copy it, then paste it into chat. What’s available can vary by platform and permissions—/help shows the list for your chat.
